What happens if you hit the Mark as Hired button in Hiring and send an applicant into Onboarding in HRP/Prism, but the newly hired employee doesn't actually start working? Maybe the new hire fails a background check or a drug screen and is no longer eligible for employment. Maybe the new hire doesn't show up for work on the first day. Whatever the reason, you can breathe a sigh of relief, because any new hire that you have not paid can still be deleted. For info on how to delete the new hire, you can visit the PrismHR support portal since that's related directly the Prism system as opposed to the Hiring module.
