Ah, organic traffic—who doesn’t love free stuff? We know we do! That's why we let you syndicate your job postings to a network of free job boards. But if you’re looking to kick things into high gear and get more applicants fast, posting your job to paid boards is a quick and easy way to go.
Note: You need permission to post to job boards (don’t worry, Account Owners and Admin Users have this by default). Not sure if you have access? If not, just ask your company’s Account Owner or an Admin to hook you up!
Now, let’s dive into the steps to post your job to paid job boards:
Steps to Post a Job to Online Job Boards:
1) Select the Job to Advertise
- From your dashboard, find the job you want to advertise.
- Click on the three dots (located in the upper right-hand corner of the job's card).
- In the dropdown menu, choose Post to Job Boards.
2) Choose Your Job Boards
- You’ll now see a list of job boards you can advertise on. Check the box next to the job board(s) you want to post to.
- As you select, watch for the shopping cart that appears on the top right of your screen—it will show you your selected boards.
- Once you're happy with your selections, click the Proceed to Checkout button
3) Fill in Any Additional Information
- Some job boards (like LinkedIn or Craigslist) might ask for extra details. For example, LinkedIn usually needs the city, zip code, job type, and experience level for the posting.
- Complete the required fields for each board, and click Next Option to move to the next one.
- Important Note: You won’t be able to proceed until all required fields are filled out for each job board.
4) Review Your Final Summary
- Once you've entered all the required information, hit the Review Final Summary button at the bottom of the page.
- You’ll be taken to a summary page to review your selections. Don’t worry—no charges have been made yet!

5) Complete Your Purchase
- After reviewing everything for accuracy, click the Purchase Postings button at the bottom of the page.
- The credit card on file will be charged for the total amount shown in the summary.
That’s it! Your job is now on its way to those job boards, and the applicants will start rolling in.
