You can customize your external applicant sources list, so we can report to you where you are getting applicants from. Knowing which sources are producing the best quality applicants enables you to make better decisions on where to focus your recruiting efforts. Follow these steps to make your edits.


1. Click on Account Details from the drop down menu next to Your Account at the top right side of the page.








2. Scroll down to the Customize & Design section and click on the Applications button.






3. In the Custom Referral Dropdown field, you can edit the default listings to add any additional external sources that you utilize to receive applicants. Make sure to separate each entry with a comma, and click the Save Changes button at the bottom of this page to preserve your changes.



4. Your updated external applicant source options will now be listed in the dropdown menu within your Application Form under the 'Where did you hear about us?" section. We capture this information in your Reports module to show you where you are receiving applications from.
