For customers at select Plan levels, you can now create custom approval and/or notifications for new job requisitions and offer letters. Define workflows to meet your internal approval and notification needs in minutes.
These settings can be located by going to Account Details from the drop-down menu next to The Home Button at the top right corner of your screen.
Scroll down to the Customize & Design section and click on Workflow.
In the Approvals section, you can automate the approval and notification process for Job Requisitions and Offer Letters.
- You can set approval using OR and AND Boolean operators
- Add as many steps as you need to accommodate your workflow needs
- When selecting "Enable user defined workflow", the offer letter sender or job post creator will enter an email address manually when taking the action instead of choosing from your defined list.
